CSMail and Internet Information Service on Windows 2003 Server

A restriction in the runtime environment of IIS 6 on Windows 2003 Server has previously meant that, in order for the library to function correctly, either; i) IIS is set to run in IIS 5 compatability mode or ii) a COM+ application wrapper be created for the library to allow it to run in worker process isolation mode.

A new version of the library is now available for testing by developers that allows the use of the library in worker process isolation mode without the need for a COM+ application wrapper.

Installation

Unzip the contents of the zip file and copy the csmail.dll file to the directory containing your existing csmail.dll (usually C:\Program Files\Codestone Ltd\Codestone Internet Mail Client Library\).
